Brief Menu for Guoyi 21st birthday! *BBQ selections
In celebration of our dearest Guoyi's birthday. I came out with a brief menu for the great event.
A. Spring Season BBQ & Grill spread!
1. Chicken wings seasoned with orange sauce & rosemary leaf.·Savoury 3 joint wings seasoned with orange concentrate, rosemary leaf & several herbs. A new recipe specially created for this event. Imagine the refreshing taste of oranges mixed with warm welcoming aroma of rosemary leaf well marinated with the tender wings.
2. Tenderloin seasoned with Dallas BBQ sauce.·Tenderloin of velvety tenderness marinated with Dallas BBQ sauce & peppermint leaf. Sweetness of Dallas BBQ sauce complimented with a hint of peppermint leaf, parsley, onion. A new trial recipe (To Be Confirm of Quality) specially for Guoyi’s birthday & Outreach.
3. Kebabs· Combinations of kebab of bacons, potato, asparagus, cherry tomato, meatballs and shrimps. Several dips will be provided.
·Citrus mayonnaise- fresh made mayonnaise with limejuice, grapefruit pulps & peels.
·Sweetened chili sauce (Thai style chili sauce)
·Black pepper BBQ sauces.
