.. jus got home~_~. Hectic hectic day... drove to malaysia with a staff to search for 'some business opportunities'. well, none for today... but nevermind.. i'm a happy bumble bee.
Doing business is really not a easy thing, especially when all the spotlights are directed to you...(sounds like some glamorous stage job??haha) another thing is i wanna proof my abilities in the company. So wat if i'm 'BS'??? (boss son)! Not trying to talk big here.. i am going to drive my company turnover up by times!!! at least i'm positive and determined to achieve that.
ahaha... jus wanna complain abt my work... and also to display A MAN's EGO!
IMPORTANT!!! Pastor called me several times today.. my phone is left in office.. using a malaysia line when i do business in Malaysia.. haha.. sorry Pastor!! :P
Last night, i cooked something that turns out reasonably delicious. Shrimps curry with vermicelli(dongfen). As this days i'm getting a bit lazy to go market.. my fridge is getting low with rations. I found some frozen shrimps, tomato, some almost rotten potatoes, a carrot, some chicken fillets. so with lots of lemon grass, onions, garlic, chilli, curry powder.. i managed to work out a rather common dish within a short period of time.. The magic! i used a mega-sized claypot to cook.. Other than visually a great presentation item, the flavors and fragant remains well hiden within pot itself! Jus boil the curry and when u open the cover!! wow.. imagine the aroma!
No wonder my grandma insists on cooking rice with a claypot.
one fine day, i'm really gotta gather all our guys n impart them with my cooking skills! its a skill that will prevent yourself from starving.. n its kinda fun to cook your own dinner!
